So... I'm starting the HCG diet and I'm going to track it here so you all can see what's going on.. I will post about this once a week. Yesterday and today are my food loading days, which are the first two days of the diet.
My starting weight is 156.2... for someone who is 4'10", I don't look bad, but my goal is 120-125. Wish me luck! hope it works!!
